KTL (Cathodic Dip Coating), also known as E-Coating, is an electrochemical coating process used to provide metal components with a uniform and highly durable protective layer. The process involves immersing the components in a water-based coating bath, where an electrical current causes the coating particles to evenly deposit onto the metal surface.
KTL provides excellent corrosion protection and uniform coverage, including on complex geometries and difficult-to-reach areas. After coating, the components are rinsed and cured in an oven to achieve the required coating properties.
